When Salesloft and 1mind fit better. We would rather you pick the right one.
Every tool here is good at something. This is where each one is the stronger choice.
You run Salesloft and want AI chat agents that feed its Predictive Revenue System and your forecast. Salesloft refers Drift clients to 1mind, whose AI answers buyers, shows the product, schedules meetings and hands off to a person.
You want your own team in the conversation while the buyer reads: see who is on which page, chat, offer a browser call the visitor accepts, and point on the page once they allow co-browsing. Hosted in the EEA.
What switching looks like. At your own pace, with nothing switched off first.

Is Drift still available?
On 5 March 2026, Clari + Salesloft announced the gradual sunset of Drift and said it will refer existing Drift clients to 1mind as the successor. drift.com now opens Salesloft's Chat Agents page, which says it has transitioned from Drift to 1mind. We found no public end date, so confirm yours with your Salesloft account team.
What replaces Drift, and how is GreetDock different?
Salesloft's successor is 1mind, whose AI answers buyers, shows the product, schedules meetings and hands off to a person. GreetDock works the other way round: your own team answers every visitor. AI works on your team's side, with a transcript and a summary draft when a call is recorded.
What did Drift do that GreetDock does not?
GreetDock has no chatbot that answers or qualifies visitors, no bot playbooks and no booking in the widget yet. It also has no screen sharing, no helpdesk and no self-serve export. Visitors cannot start a call yet: your team offers it and the visitor accepts in the browser.
Where is our data hosted?
Salesloft's security page says the Drift platform is hosted on AWS in the US. GreetDock is hosted in the EEA, and calls run through our own media relay in the EEA.
What should we do with our Drift conversation history?
Keep your own copy before Drift access ends. Drift's developer documentation says Drift has no bulk export and shows how to export conversations through its API. GreetDock has no import and no self-serve export, so plan where that history will live.
Can GreetDock run next to our helpdesk?
Yes. GreetDock is where the live conversation on your website happens, and your helpdesk keeps running beside it. There are no helpdesk integrations in the private beta; your own AI tools can read the records over MCP with read-only tokens.
How hard is it to switch?
Apply for the private beta. After a person reviews your application, you add one script tag and invite your team. Your current tool can keep running beside GreetDock during the free 30-day trial.
What does GreetDock cost?
The private beta is a free 30-day trial, with no card and no automatic charge. After the beta, plans are based on monthly visitors. Prices are shared with each team before the beta ends.
Is this comparison up to date?
We checked every competitor detail on 16 October 2026 against their public pages, and every GreetDock detail against our own documentation. Vendors change plans often; if something is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
